The website is constantly crashing and I've had to wait forever to get my winnings. Plus, the customer service is a joke. I've tried reaching out multiple times and no one has gotten back to me. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I've also had multiple problems with my account, and theres always some kind of issue with depositing or withdrawing funds. And don't even get me started on their customer service – its a complete disaster. I've had it with these guys and I'm never using their platform again.
